1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions regulate the package travel contract between MCKVCH OÜ (registration number 17376212), operating under the brand FlyWithKids (hereinafter “the Organiser”), and the traveller (hereinafter “the Client”).
The Organiser operates as a package travel organiser in accordance with the Estonian Tourism Act.
These Terms form an integral part of the package travel contract.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
2.1. The contract is concluded when the Client confirms the booking and pays the required deposit.
2.2. Before concluding the contract, the Organiser provides all legally required pre-contractual information.
2.3. The package does not include charter or scheduled flights.
3. Price and Payment
3.1. The total price includes the services specified in the contract.
3.2. The deposit amount and payment deadlines are indicated during booking.
3.3. The Organiser may change the price only in cases permitted by law (e.g., changes in taxes or service fees).
4. Transfer of the Package
The Client may transfer the package travel contract to another person who satisfies all applicable conditions. Additional costs may apply.
5. Cancellation by the Client
5.1. The Client may cancel the trip before departure.
5.2. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and costs already incurred.
5.3. The applicable cancellation conditions are communicated before contract conclusion.
6. Cancellation by the Organiser
The Organiser may cancel the trip if:

• the minimum number of participants is not reached;
• unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur.

In such cases, payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
7. Liability
The Organiser is responsible for proper performance of the package travel services in accordance with the Estonian Tourism Act.
If any issues arise during the trip, the Client must inform the Organiser without undue delay.
The Organiser provides reasonable assistance in case of difficulties during travel.
8. Insolvency Protection
The Organiser has mandatory insolvency protection provided by:
AAS BTA Baltic Insurance Company (Estonian branch)
This protection ensures the refund of payments and, where applicable, repatriation of travellers.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@flywithkids.ee.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Client may contact:
Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet
or the Consumer Disputes Committee in Estonia.
10. Governing Law
10.1. The contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
10.2. In the event of discrepancies between different language versions, the Estonian version shall prevail.
